T&F: Two school records broken on weekend by Gryphon T&F athletes

ALLENDALE, MICHIGAN - It was a record setting weekend for the University of Guelph track and field teams as two school records were broken, one on each side of the border. At the Bob Eubanks Open in Allendale, Michigan, Sean Cate broke the school's men's high jump record with a jump of 2.14 metres. Cate's jump eclipsed a mark he shared with former Gryphon Greg Baril-Kenney. Back closer to home at the Don Wright Invitational in London, Jared Skeath broke the record in the men's weight throw with a best toss of 19.82, like Cate, Skeath was a former co-holder of the record with Tim Hendry.
