Gryphons Tune Up For OUA Cross Country Championships At Brock Open

In their final tune up before next weekend’s OUA Championships the Gryphon womens cross country team seems to be firing on all cylinders.  
The Gryphons had eight of the top ten finishers at the Brock Open Saturday led by Nadine Frost’s first place finish. Making the feat even more impressive the Gryphons did not run eight athletes including Rachel Cliff, Genevieve Lalonde and Courtney Laurie, the top three returners at the OUA Championships.  Behind Frost, Jenn Wynands was second with Andrea Seccafien, who is sitting out this year after transferring from Samford and ran for the Speed River TFC, in third.
