Ottawa, ON - On Tuesday (Sept. 22) the CIS released its weekly Top 10 rankings with the Gryphons Men's and Women's Cross Country teams holding firm at No. 1 in the country. This past Saturday (Sept. 19), the Gryphons Cross Country teams opened up their 2015 season on home turf as they played host to the New Balance Vic Matthews Cross Country Invitational.  The Gryphons had a strong showing, winning both team titles, while also having several strong individual performances led by Katrina Allison on the Women's side, and Ben Workman on the Men's side. The Cross Country teams will be in action again this weekend (Sept. 26) when they travel to London for the Western Invitational.
