Guelph, ON While the summer may serve as the off-season for many around the CIS, there is no break in the schedule for the following Gryphons who will be busy taking their talents all over the world during the course of the next few months to compete against some of the very best in their respective sports. With the Pan Am Games set to start on Tuesday (July 7th), we thought we would take some time to point out some of the past, present and future Gryphons who are representing U of G, their country and themselves on the international stage this summer. In total, 25 athletes and seven coaches/staff members will be temporarily trading in the Gryphon logo on their shirt for that of their country's flag.
